Most things are relative to one another, but change is constant. We all come from somewhere and are aiming to make a journey through life – constant change. That is the basis for our story, as it is for most people, organizations and projects.
The founding principles for Levels and what brought us together as a team is our curiosity for new ideas and innovation. We set out with the aim to explore, have fun and reach new levels as a group, as individuals and together with our clients and partners.
Our story as such is not unique, nor is it new, it is one that we share with others throughout history. The urge for development, for adventure and to learn along the way, while nurturing important values such as respect, transparency and the strive for making the world just a little bit better for ones to come.
What is new and truly unique is how we choose to fill our story with ideas, insights and innovations along the way. This story is ours that we love to share with everyone who would like to join us on the way, as a member of our team, as a client, as an investor or as a partner.
The story and the longer journey is in fact a series of shorter episodes that leads us from one level to the next and in all of these episodes we have to cross a number of valleys. Valleys of uncertainty, risk and ambiguity, all of them challenges on our way to the next level.
However, it is when we cross these valleys that we learn and grow. It is then we gain insights that help us to be even more innovative when we cross the next valley. This could also be described as climbing mountains or crossing seas, but what is most important to us, is that we do it together and we are always humble towards the next episode or the next crossing, no matter what level we are aiming to reach. We love this journey and we will always venture on - together we are all Levels.
Five years out from our start - in 2021 - Levels should be a highly professional, innovative and creative organization of more than 100 individuals, truly dedicated to creating value, innovation and impact.
Five years out, Levels should also have founded, co-founded or partnered with more than 10 ventures related to digital innovation and digital business opportunities, at least two of those in the emerging markets of Africa.
Levels should be known among employees, clients and the digital community in Stockholm, as a place where talented and ambitious people could reach their full potential, regardless of gender, origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or any other status.
We should always strive for solutions that deliver the best possible quality, client value and impact that matters for everyday purposes, as well for the long term.
With a differentiated strategy beyond pricing time, Levels should share risks with clients and partners and thus be able to capture a larger part of the value in each assignment over time and also long term distribute a fair share of such value over the entire team.
