LEVELS VENTURE STUDIO AT SEB INNOVATION FORUM 2023

On May 23, 2023, Levels participated in the SEB Private Banking's Innovation Forum. At the event, investors who are on the hunt for new exciting startups are given the opportunity to get involved as a partner or angel investor in future growth companies that aim to solve today's challenges. Levels, as a strategic partner to SEB, has been involved in the forum since 2017, with our CEO Per Spångberg being a trusted advisor and panel member since the very beginning.

A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP THAT CREATES VALUE

A number of the digital ventures in the Levels portfolio have participated at SEB Innovation Forum early in their development cycle as one of their first important pitching events. Many of them have since then moved forward and upwards, attracting a large number of users, clients, talent, as well as new investors, creating significant value for those who invested at the time of the pitch facilitated by the partnership between Levels and SEB. As a venture studio, we greatly value this partnership as it is an excellent opportunity for us to provide our expertise in building and evaluating startups. The event acts as a great forum for our own venture that can be presented and find new investors.

A RENDEZVOUS FOR INVESTORS AND GROWTH COMPANIES OF THE FUTURE

During the SEB Innovation Forum, several promising startups are given the opportunity to pitch their companies to an audience who all harbor a desire to get involved in the startup/scaleup industry and are willing to contribute expertise, experience, and capital. After the presentations, there is an opportunity to meet the companies in person to ask questions and have further discussions with the entrepreneurs. The idea behind the event is to create a matchmaking platform where investors and unlisted companies can meet. This approach provides exposure for creative companies, ideas, and entrepreneurs while providing quality assurance for potential investors and partners.
