We are thrilled to welcome Alfredo, whose career as an investor and finance executive spans three decades, into the Levels fold. Alfredo has vast financial and investment experience in everything from public markets to all aspects of early-stage venturing. He has a well-known profile in the Stockholm entrepreneurial ecosystem as the former Managing Director of the Stockholm Techstars Accelerator. Alfredo's expertise as an investor and executive – along with his experience accelerating early-stage ventures and his vast network in the global startup and scaleup ecosystem – makes him the perfect addition to help Levels grow as the leading venture studio in the Nordics.

— We are very happy to have Alfredo join our team. His deep understanding of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, combined with his ability to connect with people across national borders and cultures, makes him a unique addition to our team, as well as to the ventures we support. His passion for the Swedish as well as the international venture scene and his dedication to making a real difference to and for the entrepreneurs he backs will play a pivotal role in our mission, says Per Spångberg, founder and CEO of Levels.

Alfredo will have broad responsibilities and mandates to develop the overall strategic and financial position of Levels, acting as both Deputy CEO at Levels Invest and Managing Director for Corporate, Strategic, and Business Development at Levels Venture Studio.

— I'm really excited to team up with Levels, a firm whose vibrant and inclusive work culture resonates deeply with my own values and vision. With Levels on the verge of international expansion, it’s a great fit for me to leverage my background to fuel the company’s growth. Together, we'll further strengthen the Levels offer and position in both a Swedish and an international context, says Alfredo.
