We are thrilled to announce that Levels is joining forces with Gateway Group in a joint venture to further accelerate digital innovation, transformation, and venturing. This means that Levels will have an even more attractive offering for existing and new clients and partners, ranging from startups to scaleups and corporates.
Through the joint venture, Levels and Gateway will combine knowledge, experience, and resources in a jointly owned business based on the offerings, strategies, and market position that Levels has established over the years. The company will continue to operate under the Levels brand, leveraged by Gateway's global resources.
To further fuel growth and for the new joint venture to become an even more attractive partner to clients in all market segments, Gateway has committed to investing up to 2.5 million euros in the joint business. These investments will mainly be allocated to digital ventures in line with the model that Levels has applied as a Venture Studio and strategic opportunities based on digital business models.
With Levels' entrepreneurial spirit and experience in building high-quality digital products, services, and ventures, combined with Gateway's vast knowledge from more than 25 years of working on challenging client assignments in the Nordics, across Europe, and elsewhere globally, the joint venture is highly synergistic, creating advantages for clients and partners alike. The collaboration also leads to direct cost savings and a more competitive cost structure with higher flexibility regarding resource allocation and delivery capabilities.
